Job description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope HR processes and procedures tailored to our organization's needs.
- Perform operational HR tasks, including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits administration, data management, and documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee and employer data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with the payroll team to facilitate timely and accurate processing of employee compensation, conducting thorough reviews to minimize errors.
- Continuously improve HR processes and knowledge base, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
- A good command of the English language at a B2 level or above.
- Proficiency in German is preferred (at least B1 level).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in transitioning or improving HR processes is a plus, with a proactive mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty.
