Job description

  • Manage and develop frontline relationships with the customers and serve as central point of contact to major bank clients, assisting with analysis and advising on best practices for competitive benchmarking, client targeting and performance evaluation.
  • Participate in information systems implementation related to the credit risk products, monitoring major and critical credit projects.
  • Identify issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify these (with sales, client relations, development, IT, and other products).
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
  • Preparation of the clients' KYC and updating the same on an ongoing basis.
  • Structuring credit facilities for corporate clients, reviewing and analyzing clients portfolios.
  • Pipeline management, compiling credit proposals and renewals, monitoring the performance of accounts within the portfolio, and the management, and development of the existing portfolio.
  • Identify and minimize credit risk, prepare thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance with Banks guidelines and policies.
  • Achieve revenue target, loan volume, funding volume, and other appointed fee income and business targets.
  • Manage credit risk through the economic cycles to avoid unexpected losses and keep the profitability of the credits.

Requirements

  • University degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant qualifications.
  • For mid. RM: 4+ years of client relationship experience.
  • For Senior RM: 8+ years of client relationship experience.
  • Be fluent in Lithuanian and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Have credit and financials analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of loan, treasury and other cross functional lending products.
  • Ability to analyze and research information and explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.
