Primary responsibilities:

Identifying new customers (outside Lithuania) and contacting them
Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Additional responsibilities

Constant communication with current customers ensuring high level of service
Market information collection and analysis within sales team
Controlling contract management process
Being constantly involved in improvement of company's internal processes and procedures
Participating (obligatory) in amazing team events

Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in international B2B sales

Working competencies:

Fluent communication in English language (both: verbal and written)
Computer literacy: good knowledge of MS OFFICE programs (preferably OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, NOTES, TEAMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Perfect planning and organizational skills
Ability to work both in team and independently
