CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Your responsibilities
· Fulfilment of obligations under the Polish Construction Law Act.
· Being proactive in meeting health and safety requirements.
· Planning, organisation and supervision of general construction works.
· Active participation in the development and management of the work schedule and procurement schedule.
· Full cooperation with the managers of the utility works and the project manager.
· Participation in partial and final inspections and acceptances (including during the process of obtaining the occupancy permit).
· Controlling and managing subcontractor settlements and construction records.
· Direct contact with the Customer-Appointed Supervisor.
Our requirements:
· Experience in a similar position in a large, reputable organisation.
· Construction licence for management of structural and civil engineering without restrictions.
· High interpersonal skills: efficient management of the team and subcontractors, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Experience in the implementation of residential and commercial construction.
· Proactive attitude and commitment to the project.
· Knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Project, Excel, Word), Autodesk AutoCAD.
· Ability to create work schedules.
· Ability to make quick decisions.
· Category B drivers licence.
· Willingness to work up to 150 km away from your place of residence.
