If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge in the banking area and have diversity in your daily tasks, our team could be a ideal match.

We are looking for a colleague to join our international team of 14 welcoming team members in the Daily Services Norway area. You will be responsible for understanding processes within the Norwegian market and actively use your Norwegian language skills. We can promise a great variety of tasks here, and your decision will directly impact the customer experience.

*Temporary contract with possibility to extend contract.

You will:

  • Process various tasks within Daily Banking area for the Norwegian market
  • Contact the customers or other banks via email
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Norway and other internal departments via email or phone
  • Improve and optimize the processes using Lean principles
  • Create, develop, and update documentation and procedures

About you:

  • Responsible for steering assignments toward optimal customer experience
  • Comfortable communicating in English (Intermediate English skills)
  • Exhibit a willingness to work in unity with others, carry a constructive outlook, and display an eagerness to encounter various professional experiences
  • We see a positive attribute if you have work experience in operations, finance, or banking related fields
  • Scandinavian language skills (preferably Norwegian) are not mandatory, but if you have any, we could offer you a monthly bonus depending on your language level

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
