Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Credit Risk Analyst in Estonia, Lithuania, Poland or Czech Republic.
What will you be doing?
As a Credit Risk Analyst in our Risk Team, you will contribute to evaluating creditworthiness, refining risk models, and shaping our credit risk management strategies. You will analyze credit portfolio data and performance, calculate expected credit losses according to IFRS 9 (profitability of default, forward-looking indicator and loss given default), and collaborate with our team to enhance credit risk assessment methodologies. Your work will directly impact credit risk strategy and decisions and help us maintain a healthy credit portfolio.As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in our Credit Risk Control team, tackling complex credit risk challenges and collaborating with talented professionals. In order to be successful in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:
- Solid analytical skills to effectively interpret complex credit data and identify patterns and trends;
- Proficiency in SQL;
- Proficiency in R statistical analysis and modelling;
- At least two years experience in consumer loan ECL calculations according to IFRS9;
- Analytical approach in problem-solving and attention to detail;
- Strong written & verbal English communication skills.
We do understand that nobody is perfect, but some bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in credit risk analysis/modelling or related fields;
- Educational background in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
