Our client

A leading trading company is currently inviting a DIRECTOR OF SALES DEVELOPMENT for the Baltic states to join its team.

Job description and responsibilities

  • Development, organization, and monitoring of strategic sales plans;
  • Organization and optimization of wholesale and retail trade in the Baltic States to achieve set goals;
  • Expansion of export directions, search for new markets, and development of existing ones;
  • Expansion of service assortment and improvement of service quality;
  • Formation, execution, and optimization of sales budgets;
  • Team development, engagement and motivation.

Requirements

  • Higher education in marketing, commerce, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful leadership experience in sales, trade, or business development spheres;
  • Very good knowledge of english (oral and written), russian - an advantage;
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, experience in leading large teams;
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills.
