who will be responsible for successfully running food distribution business in Democratic Republic of Congo. The position is based in Kinshasa, DRC, and on-site presence is a must. Depending on candidates experience and results during probationary period, hybrid working module (partly working in Lithuania) could be an option.

·       running and developing business to ensure market and profit growth;

·       organizing food distribution process, handling documentation and legal requirements;

·       performing branch operations (when needed), analyzing, and improving process efficiency;

·       managing logistics and storage processes, solving problems;

·       preparing reports to Regional and General managers.

·       proven experience in food sales / distribution;

·       experience in introducing new products to the market;

·       experience in efficiently managing Business operations and Business development;

·       strong analytical thinking focused on results;

·       an independent, resistant to stress and self-driven personality;

·       ability to speak and write in French (a big advantage) and English languages;

·       a clean drivers license (with experience).
