Introduction

System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the clients IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Carrying-out IT hardware (laptops, Desktops, Servers) repair tasks, incl. remotely and on-site
  • Fixing faulty IT equipment and testing it
  • Handling repair cases in IBM systems
  • Managing spare parts warehouse

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Analytical skills to find and fix problems, related to IT hardware/software (laptops, desktops, Intel servers, Windows OS)
  • The ability to communicate technical problems in English, oral and written (B2 level)
  • Familiarity with IT hardware (primarily laptops, servers and desktops),
  • Good Lithuanian communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Valid driver license and own car (you will be reimbursed per mileage)
  • Candidate should be able for standby duty during out of office hours, incl. weekends (paid separately)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Preferable degree from university or college, related to electronics, computers, or any other similar subject
  • Basic knowledge about Networking and Storage
  • Experience in customer support
