Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

• Manage and control Engine Trend Monitoring Results and prepare monthly reports.
• Control the Life Limited/Hard Time parts of Engines, APUs, including the creation of Back-to-birth files.
• Assist to maintenance in troubleshooting and part number applicability.
• Develop, Manage and Control that all applicable ADs, Operational Directives with a continuing Airworthiness impact and Mandatory Service Bulletins are applied (Engines, APUs).
• Develop, Manage and Control non-mandatory Service Bulletins review and implementation if necessary (Engines, APUs).
• Create Engineering Orders (Work Cards) (Engines, APUs).
• Update information in the MIS in accordance with the field of responsibility (including the incorporation of data related to new aircraft/engine introduced into the companys fleet).
• Plan and forecast Engine and APU removal.
• Assist in preparation of work scope for Engines, APUs change.
• Assist in MRO selection to perform Engines, APUs shop visits.
• Take part in new aircraft/engine/APU delivery (records/physical).

• Aeronautical degree or an alternative technical qualification with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in engine management within Airline CAMO, MRO or Consultancy organization.
• Experience and knowledge on engines CFM56-5, V2500-A5, APUs Honeywell 131-9A/B, GTCP 36-300, APS3200, knowledge of other types would be considered an advantage.
• Powerplant Shop Visit management experience.
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and flexibility.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
