ROLE

The position of Sales Manager Jaguar Land Rover Baltics Distribution is to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the Sales Department, and the highest levels of customer and employee engagement through an effective communication of Inchcapes group messages department goals and performance objectives. To ensure that the Sales Department operations are compliant with the local legislation, Inchcape and Jaguar Land Rover producer rules and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fostering our Jaguar Land Rover brand partner and dealer network relationships
  • Set and deliver brands sales targets in line with OEM and Inchcape expectations
  • Ensure OEM quantitative and qualitative Sales standards are in place and followed
  • Have clear understanding of sales gross profit structure and control capabilities to maximize the result
  • Initiating and implementing innovative Dealer programs to enhance dealer performance
  • Plan vehicles stock volume and model mix to maximize financial result
  • Plan and oversee the execution of sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Oversee Lead Management and Sales Funnel performance and set the scene for improvement
  • Ensure customer experience quality by monitoring and controlling Mystery Shopper and NPS activities
  • Budgeting and forecasting sales performance and achieving performance targets

WE EXPECT OUR CANDIDATES TO HAVE:

  • B2C, B2B sales management experience at least 2 years (automotive industry would be a benefit)
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Budgeting experience
  • Sound and logical approach to planning
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent English
  • Good PC and internet skills
