This is an opportunity to become a part of the Global HR Services team, which delivers HR administrative support to employees and managers across Scandinavia. Our daily work consists of various administrative tasks that are continuously evolving as we collaborate with teams within the Nordic countries. We are looking for an addition to the team with the ability to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team player. The strategic goal of the team is to become a centre of excellence for HR Service deliveries.

You will:

  • Handle employee records within several HR systems
  • Support managers and employees with queries related to Time Off and Exit tasks at Danske Bank globally
  • Resolve queries by analysing the root cause and working through resolution
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues across Danske Bank and global vendors
  • Continuously identify points of improvement and implement process changes
  • Implement various projects, expand service scope, and work with process alignments

About you:

  • Experience in working with operational tasks (experience within HR administration would be highly appreciated)
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Can-do attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for improvement opportunities
  • Quality and risk management consciousness
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical thinking and solid MS Excel skills
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
