We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in the Vilnius office who will support frontline relationships managers and customers. Customer Support Specialist also provides analytical support to the sales team and the customers, building relationships throughout existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

Providing consultation to customers.
Assisting relationship managers in lending processes for corporate customers.
Performing initial documentation analysis, assessment, and data entering into banking programs.
Performing "Know Your Customer" tasks during onboarding and regular reviews.
Organizing preparation of contracts for credit and daily banking services with clients.
Performing administration of borrowers monitoring various contractual obligations.
Preparation of different reports.
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Ensure compliance with risk management and relevant banking procedures.

Qualifications:

University degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant qualifications.
Minimum 1-year experience in banking sector preferably in corporate lending area.
Be fluent in Lithuanian and English. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
Have sound credit and financial analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of loan, lending products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Understanding of credit and daily banking products.
Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.

We will ensure that the exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience, and requirements for the corresponding job function.

Salary range: starts at minimum 2.400 EUR gross/monthly.
