FP&A ANALYST

GET READY TO

Liaise with stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights on revenue drivers, profitability analysis, cost reduction opportunities, business expansion
Identify efficiency gains and optimization of the operational activities
Support business digitization and work optimization
Evaluate monthly financial results, interpretation of variances and KPIs
Participate in month closing and reporting activities
Be involved in local and Group initiatives
Support business in preparation of budgets and forecasts
Optimize working capital to meet business objectives and maximize free cash flow
Be involved in OEM reporting and ensure partner requirements are met
Monitor business performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and reporting

WE EXPECT YOU TO

Have Bachelors degree in Finance
Have 3+ years of experience in Finance function
Enjoy change and has an appetite to drive performance via standard processes, SLAs and enabling technologies
Exhibit strong quantitative and analytical competencies
Show digital dexterity and proficiency in interpreting large datasets within Excel, to present data as information used to drive decision making.
Be fluent in English
Demonstrate business and commercial acumen
Be skilled in storytelling translating numbers into compelling business narratives
Develop strong working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
Work effectively in a matrix organization
Take full ownership and accountability of end-to-end process, and any issues through to resolution
Find simple solutions for complex problems and work effectively to resolve issues and drive win-win outcomes

REMUNERATION

3000-3700 €/month gross

Other additional benefits in compliance with the approved policy on additional benefits (health insurance, etc.)
