Credit Journey Tribe teams have a mission to disrupt traditional credit-granting processes and put customers first through fast and transparent credit decisions. Some of the key aspects that will take us there are automated decisions in the customer journey by working from the perspective of contributing to a standardized process and minimizing resources spent.
You will be part of an international team, working from our offices in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Warsaw a team with a flat structure and informal atmosphere. Our focus is to have good collaboration and enable the best in each other. You will be working in a self-organized Agile Squad, which brings together the best of expert knowledge to secure the best standards for our solutions and increase end-to-end ownership.
The position will give you the opportunity to prove yourself as a key person, a strategic thinker, and become the tech guru of the team. With your eye for detail, sense of innovation, and quality, you will challenge the requests, bring better solutions, and directly influence the Banks strategy.
Depending on your experience, we have the possibility of offering you a different seniority level.
You will:
- Lead the frontend development in the team
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform design into working front-end interfaces
- Work together with backend developers and architects to provide a state-of-the-art, integrated solution
- Together with a team, take complete ownership of solutions (from design to deployment and production incidents)
- Bring new approaches based on your experiences, set standards, and mentor other team members
- Contribute to the evolution of technology and software development practices
- Seek continuous improvement for yourself and your team
- See the big picture, but also have an eye for the smallest details
About you:
- Proven experience working with front-end development and as a software engineer in general
- 5+ years of experience working with React
- Experience with modern JS toolsets (TypeScript, Babel, Vite, ESLint)
- Experience with automated testing
- Open-minded and not afraid of challenges
- Ability to lead projects and set standards for the way we work
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for supervising deliveries in a structured manner
- Experience in establishing and improving engineering practices and developing team competencies
- Positive attitude, ability, and motivation to learn
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
