Head of IT Systems Division – Telia Lithuania

As our new Head of IT Systems Division, youll act as a Digital Engine of the company in our Digital Transformation journey. Reporting to Andrius Šemeškevičius, CTO, youll ensure that our IT systems are cost-effective, reliable, and high performing. By leading a dynamic team of over 100 highly skilled IT professionals youll drive strategic objectives and create a fully digital organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong IT and business acumen
Guarantee the development, availability, and functionality of efficient and reliable IT systems in accordance with business demands
Oversee IT solutions throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and efficiency
Act as the Digital Engine of the company, driving digital transformation and innovation
Develop and implement IT solutions that deliver excellence and efficiency, addressing complex problems with broad perspectives
Lead a strong IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Promote results-oriented mindset within IT organization
Your Personality:
Hungry for technology
Curious and persistent
Stress resistant
Result-oriented (focused on results, not processes)
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in a cross-functional manner at the intersection of business and IT
Proven track record of driving profitable growth from idea generation to delivery and further development
University degree, preferably on a master level, within technology
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian

Working in this position we offer a monthly base salary from 8000 EUR gross plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
