Job description
- Oversee and manage up to three large-scale IT projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project goals are met and contracts are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that milestones are achieved.
- Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies to manage projects effectively.
- Continuously monitor project KPIs and contribute to their ongoing revision and improvement.
- Prepare detailed project reports and present them to stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing public sector projects (3-4 years of experience will be considered).
- Solid IT background or relevant working experience in IT.
- Proficiency in Jira and familiarity with industry best practices.
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Knowledge of Java programming language.
- Familiarity with the Waterfall methodology, as Agile may not be fully applicable to all projects.
