About company: ADK is one of the largest industrial supplies distributors in Europe specializing in abrasive products and personal protection equipment. Distributors of 3M, VSM, Deerfos, Dynabrade, AFTC brands. We work closley with factories and dealers in Baltics and Europe.
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Working with high-profile B2B leads and customers in Lithuania
- Building a sales pipeline by constantly searching Lithuanian industrial market for new opportunities
- Managing the full sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and proactively working with prospects throughout the buying process
- Collaborating with other ADK departments to satisfy customer needs
- Achieving monthly sales targets and accurately forecast pipeline
What we expect from you:
- Experience in outbound sales
- Excellent written and spoken English & Lithuanian
- Ability to work remotely, set your own goals and execute them
- Determination to succeed in sales
- Great communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in industry sales, especially metalworks
