Your daily tasks will entail:

Working with high-profile B2B leads and customers in Lithuania
Building a sales pipeline by constantly searching Lithuanian industrial market for new opportunities
Managing the full sales process to discover customer needs, engaging in value-based conversations, and proactively working with prospects throughout the buying process
Collaborating with other ADK departments to satisfy customer needs
Achieving monthly sales targets and accurately forecast pipeline

What we expect from you:

Experience in outbound sales
Excellent written and spoken English & Lithuanian
Ability to work remotely, set your own goals and execute them
Determination to succeed in sales
Great communication and listening skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Experience in industry sales, especially metalworks
