You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading and managinga professional team of HR Business Partners to deliver strategic HR support to various business units
- Closely collaboratingwith the executive team and aligning people strategy with business objectives
- Partnering with people managers, providing advice and guidance on different people topics aligned with the groups strategy and vision
- Educatingand coaching people managers on performance management and employee development
- Offering your expertise in workforce planning, team dynamics, employee compensation, and handling difficult conversations
- Cooperatingwith the rest of the Ignitis Group HR team to foster a trust-based feedback and ownership culture by promoting employee inclusion & diversity and strongly supporting the companys values
- Ensuring and implementingessential HR processes across teams
- Analyzingpeople data (compensation, job levels, attrition, burnout, etc.) and providinginsights for business and people decisions
Required for this position:
- At least 5 years' experience in senior HR or people management roles
- Strong knowledge and experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- An understanding of the business goals, objectives, and industry dynamics, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a matrix structure organization and thrive in it
- The capacity to analyze complex HR issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
