Job description
- Researching, analyzing tax legislation;
- Advising clients on indirect (VAT, excise duties) and direct (CIT, PIT) taxes;
- Participating in Panbaltic tax projects;
- Performing tax reviews;
- Providing CIT and VAT compliance services;
- Asisting in creation of tax strategies for clients;
- Comunnicating with tax authorities;
- Participating in other tax service engagements;
- Advising and training colleagues from accounting department;
- Participating in internal projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Law;
- 3+ years experience in a tax consulting practice providing indirect tax advices;
- Direct tax expertise would be considered as an advantage;
- Professional interest in tax;
- Ability to provide tax advises in writing and orally;
- Logical and analytical mind, attention to details, client focused approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian;
- Ability to work independently, train and assists colleagues, well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Creative team player.
