Job description

As a Logistics Sales Manager, your primary focus will be contacting businessessmall and mid-sized companies with shipping needsand introducing them to our auction-based platform, LOADSTV. You'll help them streamline freight operations and optimize their logistics costs while building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek and engage new small to medium-sized business clients.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and visits.
  • Conduct negotiations regarding pricing, terms, and other commercial aspects of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Address client concerns and provide exceptional service solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory, proficiency in English.
  • Results orientation, a proactive approach, and a strategic mindset for the identification and securing of new customer opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and meet clients face-to-face.
