Do you have experience in Operational Risk, solid data skills, and insights into capital reporting, along with a flexible approach to tackling diverse tasks? If so, we want to hear from you!
The Reporting, Analytics & Events Team was created in February 2024 and is part of Non-Financial Risk in Group Risk Management, which is the second line of defence. While many team members are located in Denmark, we are looking to create a team in Lithuania. There are 13 people in the team across three sub-areas, but they frequently work together on a range of deliverables.
The team consists of three main parts: Reporting, Analytics, and Events. The Events part of the team is responsible for the events system, providing reporting on events both internally and externally, including to regulators, and offering subject matter expertise to the business. They are also responsible for business data stewardship in non-financial risk. Additionally, they are leading the project and implementation of a new events system in 2025. The Reporting part is accountable for reporting on non-financial risks, including the CRO letter, risk tolerances, key performance indicators, and external reporting.
The Analytics part is where this role will be based. You will be responsible for internal and external reporting, such as COREP, ORX, QIS, ICAAP, data extracts, managing Alteryx data flows, Tableau development, system user access, and the migration of data and reporting within the new system.
You will be part of a great team of collaborative, creative, and experienced people. The work is diverse across the team, with some deliverables involving all parts of the team and different stakeholders. Activities are a mixture of established processes, ad hoc requests, and tasks to be designed and implemented. This presents a great opportunity to use different skills and shape how we deliver.
*Depending on your experience, you may be offered a different level of seniority in the role.

You will:
- Run data extracts and manage these across various processes, e.g., start-of-month extracts
- Handle user access requests and support in redefining or enhancing access requests
- Perform KPI extracts and validation quarterly
- Conduct external reporting to ORX
- Manage QIS and EBA reporting
About you:
- 5+ years or more experience in a similar role
- Understanding and practical experience with Operational Risk elements and their regulatory reporting, including ICAAP, COREP, EBA Stress Testing, and ORX
- Experienced in combining business knowledge and analytical skills to solve problems
- Hands-on working knowledge of key data and analytical tools, such as SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or similar
- Ability to identify trends in data, validate data quality, and present findings concisely
- Prepare reports that outline drivers and other supporting documentation for both senior management and external reporting
- Great problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to tasks
- Solid stakeholder management skills with effective communication abilities and advanced English skills, both written and spoken

Our high-quality delivery and can-do approach led us to becoming a strategic site for Danske Bank, an international community of 22,000+ colleagues worldwide.
Danske Bank Lithuania is Danske Bank’s strategic unit, providing finance, IT and global business services to serve our customers worldwide. We are on a journey to push the banking boundaries and make constant improvements in how we operate. We aim to do this by combining the best of two worlds: the strengths of what Danske Bank has built over 150 years and the approach of start-ups to what we are going to create in the future.
We see diversity as our potential, and the cornerstone of our company’s success, that will ensure our continued competitiveness and innovative strength.
We try to create an inclusive workplace where differences are our strengths and where people feel valued and can realise their full capabilities.
Because of that, the critical focus point for us is to be able to recruit, develop and retain employees without attaching any specific labels to them.
