We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated ERP Analyst/Consultant to join our team of dedicated professionals and contribute to our continued growth. As an ERP Analyst/Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing client requirements, designing tailored Odoo solutions, and providing expert guidance to our development team. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Odoo projects.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Work closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Design, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.
Provide expert guidance to developers during development and testing phases.
Assist in documenting project requirements, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Lead projects with confidence and mentor your fellow team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and best practices.

What We Expect:

3+ years of experience as an ERP Analyst/Consultant (experience with Odoo will be considered a significant advantage).
Ability to take full responsibility for implementation and migration projects.
Strong ability to translate technical features into business benefits for stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in IT project management.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Fluent in English.
Positive mindset able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
