Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a few collaborative, structured and motivated Norwegian speakers to join our team.

You can expect to:

· Answer daily banking-related queries while providing the best possible client satisfaction

· Establish requested banking products in the system and do a follow-up when needed

· Check whether all the documentation fits the required standards

· DO other services to ensure the best experience for the end client

· Work with banking systems, while issuing requested banking products and administrating changes on them afterward

· Follow standard operating procedures while working

· Communicate with different teams and departments located in Lithuania and other countries to solve problems and ensure good client service

· Ensure that identified and/or assigned processes within the individual area of expertise are delivered according to contract

· Identify areas for process improvements and work actively with the team on completing process-related improvement projects

· Have daily communication between team members, both in Lithuania and Norway, making sure the processes run smoothly

We expect You to:

· Have good Norwegian and English language skills (B1 and upper level)

· Have Financial background or a keen interest to gain one

· Be proactive, energetic, and a team player

· Be willing to work in a multicultural company and communicate with different cultures

· Have a strong motivation to provide the highest level of client satisfaction

· Have accuracy, structure, orientation to detail

· Have good communication and collaboration skills

· Have positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment

· Have innovative mindset fostered by creativity and work ethics to follow through with idea implementation
