We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Solution Architect to design and build scalable GenAI solutions. Your role will involve aligning these solutions with our strategic vision and identifying high-value use cases across the organisation. You will play a crucial part in transforming these use cases into real-world production solutions, advancing the application of GenAI throughout the bank. Primarily based in the GenAI Innovation Lab, you will design and develop intricate proof-of-value solutions.

As our new GenAI Solution Architect in Lithuania, you will be an essential part of shaping this journey. You will work alongside dedicated and talented colleagues in an international setting, with opportunities for experimentation and personal growth, both as a team and individually.

You will:

  • Work closely with the GenAI Team and key stakeholders across Domains and Tribes to understand what users need and the strategic vision for the development of important GenAI use cases
  • Turn use case requirements into technical specifications for new or improved GenAI tools, including detailed plans showing components, interactions, and data flows
  • Design, create, and fine-tune high-priority GenAI use cases, working closely with software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and process experts. Ensure such use cases are smoothly integrated into the required workflows, for example, while offering technical support as needed
  • Record all design decisions, technical choices, and deployment processes to share knowledge across the Group
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in GenAI technologies and bring forward-thinking to the GenAI team and the bank

About you:

  • A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field
  • Experience in creating high-quality solutions using cloud and AI technology from start to finish. This includes being skilled in common programming languages, having experience with machine learning frameworks, and a deep understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and prompt engineering, and model training techniques specific to generative AI
  • Good at solving problems, with the ability to find and fix technical issues quickly and proficiently
  • Very good communication skills, with the ability to work well with teams from different areas and explain complex technical ideas to people without a technical background
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with technology trends and knowledge of the current state of AI/ML, LLM, and generative AI
  • Self-driven, with the ability to take the lead on projects and push them forward with little to no supervision
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 5440 EUR to 8160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
