Are you seeking an opportunity to broaden your banking knowledge and engage in a variety of tasks? Our team might be the perfect fit for you. We are welcoming a new colleague to join our international team of nine friendly and collaborative members in the Estate Services area.
In this role, you will gain insights into the Danish market, explore all the products Danske Bank offers, and develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations. We offer a diverse range of tasks where your decisions will directly impact customer experience. Danish language speaking skills are essential in this position (Danish language level of B2 is expected). An additional language bonus is offered depending on the level of language you have.

You will:
- Handle various tasks within the Estate Services area for the Danish market
- Communicate with customers and partner banks via email and phone
- Collaborate with colleagues from Denmark and other internal departments via email or phone
- Enhance and optimise processes using Lean principles
- Create, develop and update documentation and procedures
About you:
- You take ownership and continuously strive to improve tasks for an exceptional customer experience
- You are a proactive team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset, ready to embrace new opportunities
- Experience in operations, finance, or banking-related fields is advantageous
- You have Upper-Intermediate English language skills
- You are fluent in Danish language
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
