All development-related work regarding investments in Danske Bank is owned in the Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe with around 180 members. All work in the Tribe is organized into squads – cross-functional teams of about ten people from business and IT working on a specific task.
We are excited to offer a position within our Digital Investment Advice squad, a dynamic, agile international team of IT and business professionals. Our mission is to create modern solutions that provide seamless digital investment advice. We aim to develop intuitive and efficient tools that enhance investment accessibility and client engagement. We thrive in a relaxed work environment that values a flat hierarchy and promotes open discussions. Currently, we are seeking a skilled engineer who combines the expertise of a developer with the ability to mentor junior team members effectively.
In our squad, developers are encouraged to expand their skill set and manage various initiatives, ensuring ongoing professional growth and innovation. Join us to play a pivotal role in advancing digital investment advice, directly contributing to the enhancement of our technology and the empowerment of our clients.

You will:
- Work within your squad day-to-day, developing new customer facing investment services and features
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers, to deliver seamless and cohesive products
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and best practices
- Address and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the robustness and security of owned features
- Participate in designing and implementing testing strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of web applications
- Challenge the way we do things
About you:
- Advanced proficiency in front-end development, particularly with React Native. Experience with Kotlin & Android Studio is beneficial, as well as willingness to learn and develop skills in native development
- Skilled in creating intuitive and effective user experiences, with strong attention to detail and usability
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values open communication and knowledge sharing
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer-facing application development is beneficial
- Experience working agile in close collaboration with business and designers
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer
Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
