About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Your Role:
- Working collaboratively with internal clients and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs
- Sourcing and building talent pipelines for open vacancies using online and networking resources, conferences, trade shows, university/campus recruitment, etc...
- Screening candidates against role specifications and organizational competencies to ensure the organization can identify and secure best-fit talent for open vacancies
- Delivering against recruitment metrics/KPIs while not compromising quality of hire
- Consistently delivering superior service levels to both business stakeholders and candidates. Ensuring appropriate and effective candidate management at all times
- Proactively using social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote Citco as an employer of choice
- Performing talent mapping with competitor organizations to identify key potential hires
- Actively networking within the industry/competition in order to benchmark practices and identify key areas of differentiation
- Consulting local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details
- Take part in additional projects
About You:
- Ideally, you will have 2-5 years experience in a similar fast-paced corporate recruitment role, and sourcing candidates across multiple functions and geographies.
- Able to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and shift priorities to support the business' key growth line
- Able to think laterally and coach/advise hiring managers at all levels of the organization
- Experienced determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers
- Able to work in a highly collaborative open environment with cross-functional team members
- Possess proven organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload
- You have Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline is desirable, but not essential
- Experienced with Targeted Selection/Behavioral Interviewing would be preferable
- Own great interpersonal skills, and you are excellent in customer-service and able to develop relationships, negotiate and influence others
