We are looking for a Senior Investment Advisor / Investment Advisor to join our Capital Markets team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on high-value real estate investment transactions, identifying market opportunities, and the execution of complex deals. You will work closely with investors, property owners, and financial institutions, playing a key role in driving successful transactions in the Baltic commercial real estate market.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations;
- Prepare and present investment proposals, transaction reports and other materials to clients;
- Execute real estate investment transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, and structured financing;
- Effectively manage investment projects, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders and meeting deadlines;
- Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and investment strategies in the Baltic region.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field;
- Proven experience in real estate investment advisory, capital markets, or corporate finance (for Senior Investment Advisor, 5+ years of experience preferred);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
- Good project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian;
- Experience in the real estate industry and investment transactions is a strong advantage.

Competitive salary from 3800 Eur gross/month (depending on competencies and experience) plus performance-based bonuses
