Are you an experienced Product Owner with experience in leading tech teams delivering highly robust software systems in highly regulated domains? Then join us at Danske Bank and play a pivotal role in the technology behind critical credit risk operations as part of our customer journey while also enabling a step-by-step transformation to our technology base.
We provide highly reliable systems to the banks credit operations and play a pivotal role in our customers credit journey throughout the lifecycle the customer has in the Bank.
You will lead a team that provides core systems to ensure a fair and robust credit process for the customer. The systems are the foundation for our core credit risk operations, including how we register risk events on our customers, and involve a complex stack of modern and legacy technologies. Equally important is the role played to enable the banks Forward 28 strategy which includes incremental moves to cloud-based technologies without compromises to ongoing critical credit operations.

You will:
- Inspire a squad of eleven talented IT, business analysts, and software professionals
- Most team members are located in Denmark, with others in Lithuania and India
- Work with a very experienced team

- Help, guide, and empower the team to deliver on high-priority deliverables
- Ensure operations, development, and modernisation of key credit risk systems
- Align priorities and interact proactively with a large and complex stakeholder landscape
- Manage stakeholders including business owners, risk specialists, fellow product owners, and leadership in Risk & Compliance Advanced stakeholder management skills are integral
About you:
- Good understanding of banking as well as software knowledge that supports highly truthy systems, including knowledge and experience of end-to-end robust IT systems
- Ability to set the direction for your squad based on customer and business needs as well as the overall direction set in the corporate strategy
- Ability to balance short- and long-term goals, including taken the tough prioritisation decisions
- Proven stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels
- Motivated by driving sprint planning, sprint refinement, sprint retrospectives, etc
- Experienced in project and program management
- Interested in taking part in cross-Tribe and cross-organizational leadership tasks
- Advanced English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
