Job description
- Budget & Forecasting: Own the budget and forecasting process, working closely with the CEO to develop strategic financial plans and ensure we're on track to achieve our goals. Think: creating annual budget models, managing rolling forecasts, and supporting long-term financial planning.
- Reporting: Deliver timely and insightful monthly reports, providing key stakeholders with the data they need to make informed decisions. This includes Work in Progress (WIP) reporting (and process improvement), gathering input from the business to explain variances, and ensuring report creation and maintenance.
- Data Detective & Master Data: Develop and maintain data models in collaboration with our BI team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You'll also maintain our KPI framework (value drivers) and CSRD framework (ESG).
- Process Optimizer & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline our financial operations and enhance efficiency. You'll make sure we follow our established working method and proactively communicate process optimizations.
- Admin: preparing outgoing payments.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide critical ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions and help us navigate new opportunities.
Requirements
- Accounting or equivalent skill level.
- 3+ years of international experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional Excel skills and the ability to develop and maintain complex models.
- Hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
