Job Overview

As a RPA Developer you will design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. Currently, the team is working on projects in transport & accounting areas. Upon joining our team you will be immersed in the world of automation, driving innovation and transforming our clients business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Development: design, develop, and implement RPA solutions by creating BOTs to optimize various business processes;
Maintenance: perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure the optimal performance of existing automation solutions;
Stakeholder Communication: collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project goals and deliverables are met;
Business Analysis & Project Management: conduct comprehensive business analysis to document workflows and manage projects to ensure successful and timely delivery of automation initiatives.

Requirements (Must-Have):

RPA Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language: .NET, C#, Python, or Java
Business Analysis Skills: expertise in business analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Agile Experience: experience working in Agile teams, with the ability to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic environment;
Language Skills: proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages at a B2+ level (both verbal and written) for effective communication with clients.
Must be a Lithuanian citizen

Nice to Have:

UiPath Familiarity: Prior experience with the UiPath RPA platform;
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or C# is advantageous;
Business Analysis Skills: Experience presenting and communicating results to stakeholders.
