Intelligent Automation Tribe is a part of Technology & Services, established as a part of the BWOW structure. This unit democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation solutions that save the banks cost and improve quality, compliance and delivery speed, catering to the needs of the entire bank.

We have a strong automation culture at Danske Bank. The Intelligent Automation Tribe is home for enabling the organization to capture benefits while waiting for the strategic systems or complete process transformation; development and maintenance of all new and existing intelligent automation solutions; expertise of industrys best practices, innovations, and standards creation.

The Intelligent Automation Tribe consist of 60 employees with various backgrounds and skill sets within the field of automation technologies (IT Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and IT Platform Engineers). We are an international team located in Lithuania and India.

You will be reporting to Head of Intelligent Automation Tribe and together with 6 leader colleagues, you will be a part of the Leadership Team within Intelligent Automation Tribe.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Be having HR responsibility of team with IT Software Engineers skillset and Business Analysts
  • Be creating a conductive and collaborative environment through effective leadership
  • Be establishing the close collaboration with Tribes and service organizations within Technology & Service and Business Units in the bank to secure their engagement and support deliverables
  • Be building the understanding of the business, process areas and their needs; being an advocate in bringing the intelligent automation lever in their backlogs
  • Work in agile set-up to deliver the best possible outcome balancing duration, cost and objectives
  • Be an ambassador of Intelligent automation in Danske Bank

About you:

  • Have experience and a strong background from a similar position in a global organisation or from one of the larger consultancies, with a strong IT interest or background
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in leader position
  • Have a team mind-set and a commitment to developing people in your team
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities tailored to varied audiences
  • Dont mind changes in the strategic and daily agenda, can address ad hoc issues and respond effectively
  • Have experience in problem solving, knowledge in requirements and needs gathering, understanding automation potential and applicability as well as process improvement
  • Data analysis and experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) would be beneficial
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
