You will:
- Facilitate a mutual understanding of requirements and system functionalities among all involved parties
- Participate in the Business Analysts Chapter, a community dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices within the tribe
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements to improve internal processes and business outcomes
- Focus on enhancing customer and user experience through precise requirements translation
- Serve as the essential link between stakeholders and IT developers, promoting effective communication and collaboration
About you:
- Have over 2 years of experience with strong analytical skills, utilising various business analysis methods and techniques
- Enjoy working with diverse teams and contribute to building a positive team culture
- Capable of understanding complex issues and articulating them clearly, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills
- Possess upper-intermediate English skills for effective collaboration with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, and India
- Take responsibility for tasks, ensuring their completion and thriving in a dynamic, structured environment
- Understand IT systems and their functionality, recognising how they operate and interact with processes and other solutions
- Drive the core and essence of the banks crucial aspects
- Find motivation in being an integral part of the banks success
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
