Job description

  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring positive customer experience;
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately;
  • Handle service disruptions and follow the companys escalation procedures when necessary;
  • Extract and prepare transaction data reports for internal and external use;
  • Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
  • Previous experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service role;
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail;
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus;
  • Comfortable using computers, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
