Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Power BI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful and actionable insights by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality reports and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling and Analysis: Develop, improve, and maintain data models and datasets in the Power BI environment to effectively meet business needs.
Report Creation: Design and deliver tailored reports and dashboards that support decision-making processes.
Process Optimization: Enhance existing solutions, update data sources, and develop automated reporting systems.
Data Quality Assurance: Manage large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Best Practices Implementation: Guide data visualization and analytics best practices, supporting internal teams and business units.

Requirements

University degree (economics, mathematics, IT, finance, or a related field);
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI and SQL (preferably in large-scale data or business analytics projects);
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
In-depth knowledge of data visualization standards and best practices;
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team;
Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
