Ridango AS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and bid management efforts in the Lithuanian market and other markets as allocated.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Attend events and collaborate with marketing to support partnerships;
- Deliver tailored presentations, represent the company at events, and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals, working with technical or product teams as needed;
- Manage the full bid process from analyzing requirements to submitting proposals;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Lithuania and nearby regions to guide sales strategies;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or bid management;
- Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with a customer-centric approach;
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and bid requirements;
- Willingness to travel;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
- Proficiency in an additional language (e.g., German, Polish, Latvian, Swedish, Spanish, etc.) is a significant advantage.
