Position Summary

As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will support in developing and executing category plans and commercial activities for Confectionery and Nutrition for Kids categories in the Baltics region, contributing to the success of our brands in retail channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support in developing and drive implementation of omni-channel category strategies across Baltic markets.
- Support the development of tailored channel solutions including POP materials based on shopper and customer insights.
- Contribute to the execution of Category Management projects.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams while ensuring alignment with Nestlé commercial guidelines.
Daily Tasks:
- Adapt and apply local category strategies in collaboration with senior team members.
- Gather and organize shopper behavior data to support in-store solution development.
- Monitor competitor activity and assist in identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and analysis for internal reviews and presentations.
- Prepare planograms, order POS material and support in developing promotional guidelines, and merchandising tools.
- Support the communication of commercial plans to sales and marketing teams.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of category planning documents.
What will make You successful?
- 1 year commercial experience in fields like Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing (FMCG industry experience is a plus).
- Advanced MS Excel & Power Point.
- Project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn fast.
- Drivers license.
