This is a great opportunity to become a part of our Finance Team in Vilnius. You will play an important role in our companys financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law. BAA Training has offices in Vilnius, Lithuania; Barcelona and Lleida, Spain; Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

Leading, motivating and managing an accounting team.
Ensuring accurate and timely statutory and group reporting covering multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Maintaining tax compliance across various jurisdictions and entities.
Continuously improving accounting processes, creating and monitoring accounting functions KPIs.
Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
Coordinating applicable areas in transition to new accounting system.

We dream about a team member who has:

5 and more years of accounting experience within a multinational business, either in-house or at a service provider.
Prior management experience required.
Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting.
Experience working with Navision would be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Full business proficiency in English is mandatory due to international nature of the business.
