We are looking

 a Senior Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and excited to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you're a proactive problem solver with a strong sense of empathy, this role is for you.

Get ready to

• Respond to routine cases and manage high-risk ones
  
• Support your colleagues with day-to-day coaching and peer learning
  
• Monitor and report customers feedback to identify areas for improvement

• Take over team management in absence of the Team Lead
  
• Be open to feedback while working in a high-performing team
  
• Work closely with your Team Lead to implement new procedures and processes

We expect you to

• Have fluent English both written and spoken
  
• Have previous experience in Customer Service (email support and/or live chat)
  
• Have excellent communication, empathy skills and know how to deal with stressful situations
  
• Have perfect time management skills & ability to handle multiple projects at once
  
• Have interest in the health & wellness industry (its a plus!)
  
• Ability to take ownership and use your problem-solving skills
  
• Be creative! Sometimes you may have to deviate from standard procedures
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700 - 1900 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
