About Us

You will be joining Business Mgmt. & Transformation (BMT) which motivates, facilitates, and follows up on the strategic direction of the Head of T&S P&BC and her leadership team through a variety of responsibility areas ranging from executive steering and digital transformation to management oversight and support.

Your responsibilities and opportunities

The GenAI Lead will motivate adoption and drive our journey towards leveraging GenAI technologies across Technology & Services Personal and Business Customer (T&S P&BC), in close collaboration across the value-chain and in line with our Forward28 strategy.

The role will focus on creating and facilitating awareness, curiosity, and encouraging the exploration of GenAI across our organisation and value-chain, leveraging GenAI technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and deliver innovative banking products and services. Part of the role will also consists of designing and leading initiatives aimed at fostering a culture that drives the adoption of GenAI tools together with colleagues, leaders and the organisation and of course include an element of having the oversight of initiatives as well as following up on progress.

You will:

  • Facilitate processes to develop and execute the GenAI strategy and approach across the P&BC value-chain, while ensuring alignment with business needs and the banks broader GenAI vision and objectives
  • Identify opportunities to integrate GenAI technologies into key areas, including product development, customer service, and risk management
  • Work closely with the Group GenAI teams as well as the IT Leads of P&BC to ensure alignment with the technology strategy, IT infrastructure, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives of Forward 28
  • Ensure transparency and, where relevant, tangible metrics and insights of progress, business outcomes and value creation of existing and future solutions and use cases

About you:

You have a relevant degree and possess deep expertise in combining GenAI technologies with financial services, and banking processes:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate across areas, functions, levels, in large complex organisations
  • Track-record of leading, following up, and progressing on projects or programmes together with senior stakeholders, ensuring execution and transparency on strategic, tactical, and operational level
  • Experience aligning GenAI initiatives with business objectives with a focus on practical application and implementation, incl. working with data scientists, technology teams, and business leaders to develop and deploy GenAI solutions in a complex, regulated industry
  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies, including machine learning algorithms, NLP, predictive analytics, and data-driven insights, as well as an understanding of the need for risk management, and compliance adherence, preferably utilized in the financial services industry
  • Advanced English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
