Role objective
Ensure management of complex cybersecurity projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic range of cybersecurity projects (CSIRT establishment and modernisation, capacity building, technology implementation and cybersecurity audit)
- Ensure detailed project documentation, resource and risk management
- Manage communication, ensure timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, third parties, and other experts, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration
- Adhere project management best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in international project management (ex. complex IT projects, digital transformation, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity technologies and standards
- Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ownership, results orientation, persistence, patience, and positive attitude
- Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing complex project schedules, resources, and documentation
- Possibility to travel for 1-2 week projects implementation missions abroad
Preferred additional qualifications:
- Project Management Certificate (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI, etc.)
- Understanding security standards (ISO 27001)
