Role objective

Ensure management of complex cybersecurity projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage a dynamic range of cybersecurity projects (CSIRT establishment and modernisation, capacity building, technology implementation and cybersecurity audit)
Ensure detailed project documentation, resource and risk management
Manage communication, ensure timely and clear updates, stakeholder alignment, and buy-in
Engage with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, third parties, and other experts, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration
Adhere project management best practices and methodologies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in international project management (ex. complex IT projects, digital transformation, etc.)
Basic knowledge of IT and cybersecurity technologies and standards
Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership, results orientation, persistence, patience, and positive attitude
Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing complex project schedules, resources, and documentation
Possibility to travel for 1-2 week projects implementation missions abroad

Preferred additional qualifications:

Project Management Certificate (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI, etc.)
Understanding security standards (ISO 27001)
