We are looking for a resourceful and service-minded individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Flight Dispatch Officer. What Youll Do: As a Flight Dispatch Officer, youll play a key role in the daily flight planning and operational control of the PLAY fleet. This is an on-site position in Vilnius, working in a 4-on / 4-off shift system (12-hour day and night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

Flight planning and monitoring (Flight Watch)
ATC route and slot optimization
Load Sheet calculations and preparation
Coordination and communication with all involved parties
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

What Were Looking For:

A relevant degree (aviation or related field preferred)
Previous aviation industry experience is a plus but not a must for junior applicants
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Good basic computer skills
Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A positive, proactive attitude and good organizational skills
A clean criminal record (as required for airport security clearance)
