At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
Experience leading a team and working with various stakeholders
Understanding of IT infrastructure and the software development life cycle
Ability to understand technical requirements, IT architecture, and system integration principles
Experience in gathering and specifying requirements for IT solutions
Ability to prepare plans, budgets, risk assessments, and reports
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with technical teams
Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions
Team-oriented, result-driven approach
Responsibility, organizational skills, adaptability, and strong communication skills
Proficiency in English
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, AgilePM, Scrum Master, etc. (an advantage)
