Job description:
- Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners and key account customers;
- Onboard new clients this may include advising the appropriate guidelines, reviewing the information and documents provided, analyzing that data is inputted accurately in CRM systems;
- Proactively examine client performance, and provide relevant updates and advice to help them achieve their business goals;
- Prepare for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly online meetings with partners or key account customers to be able to provide relevant updates, and answer their questions;
- Regularly review customer accounts to address any ongoing issues and ensure consistent follow-ups and appropriate escalation;
- Work in collaboration with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continuous revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Advanced English skills (C1 and beyond);
- University degree (finance, economics, business administration, or related fields would be an advantage).
- Take ownership and proactively find solutions to business problems;
- Have solid analytical skills to interpret data and is attentive to detail;
- Team-player who can also work independently;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional r relationships;
- Highly motivated and target-driven;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
