Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing the management of commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently, and maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction
- Collaborating with international financial funds in managing their owned assets, with a focus on maximizing property value
- Ensuring quality communication with leading global and local companies renting premises in managed buildings, addressing various issues related to the premises of the managed properties
Daily tasks:
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
- Foster positive tenant relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the leasing process, conducting property showings, participate in preparing lease agreements, and facilitating lease renewals
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and operating expenses. Prepare financial reports, track income and expenses, and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance, cleaning, and overall issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Document inspection findings and oversee necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all property transactions, tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial reports

Salary:
Salary (before taxes): €3300 - €4100 /month. Final proposal depends on competencies you have. Annual Bonus based on result
