A rapidly growing European freight transportation company is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional to strengthen our sea logistics division. This position is for someone who not only achieves ambitious sales targets but also builds sustainable and trust-based relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the sea freight segment.
Actively identify new business opportunities in both sea and land transport (including cross-trade solutions).
Establish, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, and ensure successful sales transactions.
Monitor market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and seek growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery, especially in complex transport cases.
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales within the freight transportation sector (preferably in sea logistics).
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly related to cross-trade solutions.
Excellent communication (both in Lithuanian and English), negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivation, responsibility, and a strong internal drive.
Higher education.

Monthly salary: €3,000 (gross) plus a performance-based bonus. The final salary is negotiable based on experience, competencies, and role requirements.
