Position Objective:
Ensuring the availability of products at the Servier Lithuania Warehouse in sufficient quantities. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including sales, marketing, and medical department, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Availability for 3 countries:
- Ensure the availability of products at the local warehouse through the analysis of needs and sales, sales forecasting, and interaction on planned deliveries.
- Respond promptly to product shortages.
Planning Meetings for 3 countries:
- Stock Management meeting
- Common regulatory meeting
Sales and Stock Analysis for 3 countries:
- Participate in the processing of sales and stocks of distributors.
- Analyze the stock of products at the local warehouse.
- Track products in transit and the next planned deliveries.
- Make sales forecasts for the next 18 months on a monthly basis.
- Analyze the accuracy of previous forecasts, changes in updated forecasts compared to previous ones, and take necessary actions to improve the accuracy of forecasts.
Data Management:
- Provide stock data to other employees who need this information within their job responsibilities.
- Update the department's files related to forecasts and stock.
- Insert data of the Company's sales and sales forecast into the program according to the data entry calendar.
- Optimize reports and participate in the automation of reports.
- Monitor the market situation and conduct market analysis.
- Distribute the annual budget by months.
- Prepare additional reports and conduct analysis at the request of the management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Education and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Excell is a must
- Knowledge of English.
- Understanding of legislation concerning commercial activity.
Advantages:
- Master's degree in Pharmacy
- experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 2 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical wholesale distribution company.
