Job description

For a pre diplomatic service, we are urgently looking to hire new colleagues in Vilnius with the language's skills: Polish ; English mandatory.

Our new colleagues will be part of an international inbound project through which we offer pre diplomatic consultancy in different countries of the world.

Location: our office in Vilnius

Responsibilities:

Receiving and handling customer requests by emails, chats, and phone calls.
Following communication scripts when handling different topics.
Processing and documentation of the customer experience.
Collecting complete information in order to escalate complex issues.
Contributing to the development of the internal knowledge base.
