Job description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key FMCG and brand clients.
  • Pitch and promote retail media solutions: digital screens, print POS, in-store activations, and more.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation proposals contract negotiation campaign follow-up.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to support product innovation and development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in media, retail, or FMCG sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of shopper marketing or media planning is a plus.
  • Highly proactive, well-organized, and client-centric mindset.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian – C1 level
  • Fluent in English – B2 level.
